Welcome to the Fairway Villas IV (Building 4015) website.

Fairway Villas IV (FV IV) is located at 4015 Palm Tree Blvd, Cape Coral, Florida.

FV IV consists of 32 units in a four story building. Upper floors can be accessed using the elevator or stairways located at each end of the building.

It is part of the larger Banyan Trace Community, which consists of seven separate buildings comprising a total of 232 units.

FV IV  is a welcoming, socially active community. Most social activities take place at the Gazebo, which is controlled by the Master Association. Please see additional listings on this website for a calendar of social events, such as bingo, bunco,a Poker Run, a Valentine's Day party, and others you will find on this website. FV IV sponsors the VAlentine's Day Party, which also includes a Bake Sale to benefit the Banyan Trace Social Committee.
